*note to self*(and all of you people) Due to mass confusion over my Username on here... I have decided that a new one is an absolute neccesity. Ideas are most welcome. To clear things up the AT in my name is for Athletic Trainer... not AT as in the word... haha. And no, I don't go to USM. That was the plan but it looks like I will be going elsewhere since other colleges have offered more money. w00t. So yes, that is why I need a new username...

Well... school has begun again... And  I am glad to be back. I missed everyone here. I don't know how to function without them anymore. I haven't even known everyone here for very long but I have become so close to so many people. Last week, during and after Katrina... I stayed at my powerless house for a couple nights, then went to Betsey's and stayed there a couple of nights and then spent the rest of the time with my family in Farmerville, LA. One of the best lil towns ever. I now support the Farmerville Fightin' Farmers. haha. Came back Monday and Meggan and I spent the night at Haley's in Mendenhall. We stayed up til about 4 in the morning talking and playing soccer in the Fred's parking lot lol. It was lovely. We got back to the dorms yesterday afternoon. My room was in much need of organization... so I took the time and straightened stuff up. Haley, Meggs and I went to the BSU, out to Wendy's and then chilled out at Jeff's house. And then I came back and got to sleep in my bed for the first time in over a week!!! YAY! Ok... taking some time to leave some people some lovins.

SARAH - I love you soooo much. I hate how we hardly get to talk anymore. It bugs me to death... But I know that even if we go a month and a half(haha, like this summer) without talking that we will still be the best of friends. You are the best friend that I have ever had. I don't know what I would do without you.
COURTNEY - I miss talking to you so terribly much. But I am hoping that soon things will slow down some more and  I will be able to talk again. I can't wait for that time. I need my accountability partner so badly right now.  I am struggling so much. UGH. I love you!!
WHITNEY - I am so glad that I am talking to you right now. I am sorry that you felt like I was ignoring you. I really wasn't. I haven't had time to think recently. Let alone sit down and talk with everyone that I want to. I love you! You are one of the few people who will make me laugh when I am supremely pissed. And I love you for it! haha.

No one was expecting Katrina to be this disastrous. I have alot to be thankful for. Our house isn't damaged much at all. My roommate got a tree through her bedroom roof. Our neighbors had a tree fall on their car. Another had a tree split their house in half. There is devistation everywhere and this isn't even the worst of it. Nicole, Betsey and I took cookies to the shelter down the road and met the sweetest old woman. Her name is Ruth. She is from Bay Saint Louis. Pray for her, she might not have a house to go back to. Yesterday, I drove around all day running errands for my mom. And then I went in search of ice for Jakey. I hit the jackpot at Kangaroo. Then I had to drive to Tinseltown to meet him. My gas is getting eaten away... Prices are supposed to keep rising. That just makes me angry... blah. They can't find my cousin Valerie and her 3 babies. She left the coast to stay with her dad's family in Franklinton, La... they thought they would be far enough north there. But that is where the two tornadoes hit. We do know that the house is gone that they were staying in... but beyond that we don't know anything... So Valerie and David Leblanc, their three kids Kaylee, Emilee and DJ, Valerie's dad and his parents... are all missing along with many, many other people... I hate this.
